Becoming a Golden Hawk means more than just cheering on our (really good) varsity teams – it means being a student who cares about your community, who works hard in the classroom, and who takes advantage of all the learning opportunities that can happen outside the classroom, too.

With our focus on the health, safety and well-being of our university community, Laurier requires masks for activities part of academic course delivery. Masks are optional in other areas of the university.
Laurier’s vaccination requirement remains paused. We encourage our community to keep their vaccination status up to date to ensure work or study is not disrupted should vaccination requirements change in the future.
If you have feedback or questions, please reach out to coronavirusquestions@wlu.ca.
Masks are required for any indoor activity that is part of academic course delivery, including, but not limited to: lectures, tutorials, seminars, teaching laboratories, tests and exams and other forms of academic course instruction.
Wearing masks in higher-capacity, close-proximity settings with groups gathering for periods of time will help to limit the spread of COVID-19 within our community.
Masks are optional in other areas of the university.
Respect the masking decisions of others.
As a future Golden Hawk, your needs and questions are important to us as you plan your admissions journey.
