  • Co-op: Students in BTM gain automatic entry into co-op, meaning you can gain 12 months of work experience during your program.
  • Competitions: Develop case analysis skills and prepare for case competitions throughout your degree, including case@BTM and apply to be part of our Travel Case Competition Team in upper years to compete across Canada.
  • Research and Teaching: Work one-on-one with professors and build on your classroom experiences by researching some of the most pressing topics facing business leaders.In your upper years, teach and mentor first-year students in your favourite intro-level courses.

Your Co-op Experience

Co-op is a way to integrate what you are learning in the classroom with practical experience in your field of study. Build your resume, earn money, develop your network, and graduate with work experience.

As a student in this program, you’ll be automatically entered into Canada’s largest business degree co-op program, where you’ll complete an eight-month work term from September through April and a four-month work term from September through December.
